A man is suing a physician for allegedly breaking up his marriage. And he’s getting some help from an unlikely witness：his ex-wife.

A Hinds County Circuit jury this week has listened to the sordid details of an affair William Brintnall alleges ended his marriage.

Brintnall accuses Dr.Van Temple, an orthopedic surgeon, of wooing his then-wife, Nancy Brintnall, in fall 2008.
