It might look like a spectacular Hollywood stunt. But for drag boat racer Quinton Knight at International Hot Boat Association Finals in Chandler, Arizona, the experience of being catapulted into the water at over 150mph was very real. Incredibly, he only sustained a broken leg as he was hurled from his power boat after it exploded.
